Mads has lived in Asia for more than 16 years, with 10 years in Hanoi. He initially came to Hanoi in 2005 with his family, studying at Unis Hanoi International School from 6th to 10th grade; When Mads returned to Hanoi in 2018 after studying IT & Economics at Danish Technical University, he co-founded Ecotek Digital Services, a tech  subsidiary under Ecopark Group to lead their real estate digital transformation and smart city initiatives. In 2021, Mads launched Ekko, a financial benefits platform for companies to equip their employees with more financial autonomy.
