Hien is currently heading Service Organization at Vestas – a dedicated team of +120 employees – responsible for operations and maintenance of over 1.6 GW of turbines across the Vietnam. In this role, she hold full accountability for the Service Business’s profit and loss performance, while driving safe, sustainable, and profitable growth.​

Her professional journey has been shaped by a strong commitment to Vietnam’s renewable energy transition, and she is passionate about contributing to sustainable development of Vietnam’s energy sector.
