Michel joined Equinor in 2007. He has worked predominantly in France, Norway, Australia, and Korea. He has held several leadership positions at Equinor in Australia, Norway, and Korea. Michel held positions as finance and control manager, business development manager and country manager (Australia, Korea) before taking the responsibility for Equinor in Vietnam

He obtained Civil Engineering degree from France (INSA Rouen), a Master of Sciences from a University in
the UK (Cranfield University), and a Master in Business Administration degree from HEC Paris
(France).
