With a solid 18 years in the Telecom Industry (~15 at Ericsson), Rita has been witness to and participated in the remarkable technological evolution of the telecom industry. She recently assumed charge as the President and CEO of Ericsson Vietnam in addition to being Ericsson’s Head of Global Customer Unit, Telenor.

Rita is committed to driving digital transformation in markets across the globe and with her new role, her contribution will help to accelerate Vietnam’s emergence as a digital leader.

Prior to this, Rita was based out of Stockholm. Her diverse background in general management and functional leadership roles across sales, operations, and strategy have seen her navigate a multitude of markets from Europe to Asia, and the Americas, each presenting unique challenges and opportunities.

Rita holds a PhD in Financial Engineering, two master’s degrees in Telecommunication Engineering and Modelling & Computer Simulation. She has furthered her expertise with executive programs from Oxford and MIT, focusing on Fintech and AI.
