With extensive experience in shipbuilding and management, Sivert currently serves as the General Director of Vard Vung Tau, a world leading shipyard delivering highly advanced and specialized vessels for the offshore market, including renewable offshore energy, fishing vessels, heavy lift vessels, and cruise expedition vessels.

Sivert holds a BSc in Ship Design from Ålesund University College in Norway and MSc in Naval Architecture from Newcastle University in UK.
