Her background spans strategic HR, sales leadership, logistics, and IT management—giving her a uniquely cross-functional perspective on how to build resilient, future-ready organisations.

At Xenia Tech, where she has held senior leadership roles for over six years in Vietnam-Stella has led the company’s evolution into one of Vietnam’s strongest web and app development partners. Under her leadership, the company achieved 300% revenue growth, improved profitability, and reached all-time-high employee engagement and client satisfaction scores. She oversees end-to-end business performance, financial governance, operational strategy, and compliance across markets.

Stella is passionate about Nordic leadership values, sustainable business growth, and bridging cultures to unlock stronger global collaboration. She actively contributes to the Nordic business community in Vietnam through her role as Vice Chair at NordCham, supporting innovation, ethical leadership, and cross-border partnerships.
