During the Reception some Vietnamese food and High class Norwegian Seafood will be served.
The Norwegian seafood will include slow cooked Salmon, Baked whole Halibut, Atlantic cod, Blue mussel, King crab, Sweet shrimp, Smoked salmon, Seafood salads, Salmon sashimi, grilled mackerel, etc.
The well-known Chef Jimmy Chok from Singapore that has long experience with Norwegian seafood will prepare the Seafood buffet.
