The realities of globalization have resulted in businesses being shaped not only by dynamic external business forces, but also by rapidly evolving internal work cultures. To succeed in this environment of ever-increasing change, concerted efforts must be made by leaders to not only welcome, but also foster diversity so that all voices can be heard and respected. EuroCham’s HR & Training Sector Committee together with WeWork are proud to collaborate in shining light on this very timely issue by organizing a panel discussion of speakers from local civil society, international business, and local entrepreneurship.
 
This interactive event will focus particularly on issues in respect to LGBT individuals and will provide participants with a road map for ensuring that all employees are accepted and comfortable in the workplace. Discussion will also focus on best practices for ensuring successful inclusive working environments for the present and future, as well as the tangible benefits of such approaches.
