This event will look at a number of key new tax developments impacting a number of ASEAN countries including Vietnam, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia and Myanmar.

There will be a presentation by Mr Nguyen Huu Tuyen, Vice Head of Inspection Department 2 of Ho Chi Minh Tax Department on key notes for annual tax finalization, and from Jack Sheehan, DFDL’s Tax Partner and Regional Head of Tax, on the latest tax developments in Thailand, Cambodia, Myanmar and Laos, and by Jack Nguyen, Managing Director of TMF in Vietnam on Vietnam’s free trade agreement with a number of regions: AFTA, CPTPP, and pending agreements with EU to name a few. The event will focus on the practical implications of these tax developments in 2019.
