Friday, 28 Oct – Nordcham Vietnam held successfully its second-year Nordic Business Awards, with the presence of almost 200 business leaders, partners and friends. This year, we were excited and and proud to receive a double number of nominations from the company members, which challenged our Jury to choose the winner of each award. ⭐ Carlsberg Group was awarded “𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫” for significant reductions of emissions through their initiative “Together Towards Zero”
⭐ Electrolux was awarded “𝐁𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐒𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐛𝐲 𝐚𝐧 𝐒𝐌𝐄” for the project “Sustainable Trade-in Program” with its practicality and broad impact.
⭐ Hitachi Energy was awarded “𝐁𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐇𝐑 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐲” for the modern processes and frameworks for developing every employee with a focus on coaching.
⭐ IMT Solutions was awarded “𝐌𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭” for the R-One ATM with AI technology for waste classification.
⭐ Home Credit Vietnam was awarded “𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐍𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐜 𝐖𝐚𝐲 (𝐃𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 & 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧)” for the innovation in their HR strategy and development with strong analytics.
⭐ SPRING Production was awarded “𝐍𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐜 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝” for their doubling gross revenue over the span of 4 years from 2018 to 2022.
The winners of the first four categories, together with the respective runners-up Tetra Pak, UPM Raflatac, ScanCom International A/S and the LEGO Group, will enter the EuroCham Vietnam‘s Sustainability Awards and compete with other European candidates.
